Step-by-Step Integration Highlights
1. Prerequisites & Requirements

Software: Avigilon Control Center (ACC) 7 or Unity and the ACC Web Endpoint Service must be installed.

Network: Set up a port forwarding rule on your firewall to point to the IP address of the ACC server.

User Account: It is recommended to create a dedicated user in ACC for this integration with full permissions to create and manage bookmarks.
2. Triton Cloud Configuration

Integration Settings: Navigate to the Integrations tab in Triton Cloud and select Avigilon.

Connection Details: Add the port-forwarded External IP Address and Port of your ACC server.

Credentials: Enter the username and password for the dedicated Avigilon account you created.
3. Camera Mapping & Testing

Camera ID: Copy the exact Camera Name from your ACC software and paste it into the "Camera ID" field for the corresponding Triton sensor in the cloud dashboard.

Run Test: Use the "Run Test" button to verify the connection. If successful, you will see a "Bookmark created successfully in Avigilon" message.
Common Troubleshooting Tips

"Session ID not returned": Check your ACC credentials; they may be incorrect.

"Camera not found": Ensure the camera name in Triton Cloud matches the name in ACC exactly (it is case-sensitive).

"Failed to create bookmark": Verify the ACC user has the necessary permissions to create bookmarks.
