How to Configure Integrations on Triton ULTRA
The Triton ULTRA supports on-prem integrations with third-party platforms like video management systems, access control, and more — using standard protocols like TCP, HTTP, and MQTT directly from the sensor's local interface. This guide covers the general process for setting up any integration. For a visual step-by-step walkthrough with screenshots, follow the Scribe guide linked below.

How do I access the integration settings?
- Log in to the sensor's local web interface by entering its IP address in your browser.
- Click Platform Integration in the navigation menu.
You'll see options for the available integration protocols (TCP, HTTP, MQTT, etc.).
How do I set up an integration?
- Choose the integration protocol required by the platform you're connecting to (e.g., TCP, HTTP). Your platform-specific integration guide will tell you which one to use.
- Enter the connection details according to the integration guide for your platform — this typically includes an IP address or hostname, port number, and any required payload or authentication fields.
- Click Save.
Important: Even small typos in IP addresses, ports, or payload fields can prevent an integration from working. Double-check all entries carefully.
How do I choose which events trigger the integration?
- Go to Actions → Action Settings.
- For each event you want to send to the integrated platform, click "set" under the appropriate integration column. Make sure you choose the set string for any events that should trigger the integration.
- Click Save All.
An event will only trigger the integration if it's both enabled in Event Settings and linked to the integration in Action Settings.
How do I test the integration?
- Go back to Platform Integration and click Test. This sends a test event to the connected platform so you can verify the integration is working end-to-end.
If the test doesn't go through, review your connection details, confirm the receiving platform is listening on the expected port, and check any firewall rules that might be blocking traffic between the sensor and the integration server.
Where can I find guides for specific platforms?
Triton has detailed integration guides for a variety of platforms. See the full list here: Triton ULTRA Integration Guides
