Technical Setup Requirements (From Guide)

1. Software Prerequisites

NVR Firmware: Version 6.8 or newer.

CES / Archiver / Searchlight: Version 2.18 or newer.

Translators: Requires both the Custom Hub and Triton Sensor translators provided by March Networks.

2. Recorder Configuration (Command Deploy)

Protocol: Select CustomParser: Text Capture.

Type: Select TCP Server.

Terminal ID: Must exactly match the sensor's MAC Address.

• A common point of failure in this integration is the mapping of the Terminal ID. The MAC address entered in the March Networks Command Client must match the sensor's actual hardware ID exactly, or the metadata will not sync with the video.

3. Triton Sensor Configuration

Navigate to Platform Integration > TCP Settings on the sensor:

Host IP: The IP address of the March Networks recorder.

Port: Must match the unique port (e.g., 12000) assigned in Command Deploy.

Actions: Enable the desired notifications in the Action Settings menu to push data to the recorder.
