Genetec Security Center SaaS - Triton ULTRA Integration Guide

Triton ULTRA connects to Genetec Security Center SaaS as a cloud-managed environmental sensor. No on-prem server, plugin, or Triton Cloud license required.

September 16, 2026 Update: Firmware version 26.09.16.15 adds support for sending events to Genetec Security Center SaaS through ONVIF Profile V. Update your Triton sensor to this firmware version or later to use this capability.

Step 1: Enable ONVIF Integration on the sensor

  1. Browse to the sensor's IP address and log in.
  2. Go to Device Settings → ONVIF Integration.
  3. Check Enable, then click Save.
  4. Copy the User Secret and Serial Number shown on this page.

Step 2: Add the sensor in Security Center SaaS

  1. Open the Configuration app → Devices → + Add device.
  2. Type: Environmental sensor. Manufacturer: Triton.
  3. Enter a display name (e.g., "West Wing Restroom"), then paste the Serial number and Secret key from Step 1.
  4. Click Add, then Close.

Step 3: Verify

The sensor shows Initializing, then Online within a minute or two. Click it to see the live RTSP Stream.
