Genetec Security Center SaaS - Triton ULTRA Integration Guide

Triton ULTRA connects to Genetec Security Center SaaS as a cloud-managed environmental sensor. No on-prem server, plugin, or Triton Cloud license required.

Requires firmware 26.07.09.10 or later, which adds the ONVIF Profile V Integration page (under Device Settings). If you don't see it, update first (Device Settings → Upgrade).

Step 1: Enable ONVIF Integration on the sensor

  1. Browse to the sensor's IP address and log in.
  2. Go to Device Settings → ONVIF Integration.
  3. Check Enable, then click Save.
  4. Copy the User Secret and Serial Number shown on this page.

Step 2: Add the sensor in Security Center SaaS

  1. Open the Configuration app → Devices → + Add device.
  2. Type: Environmental sensor. Manufacturer: Triton.
  3. Enter a display name (e.g., "West Wing Restroom"), then paste the Serial number and Secret key from Step 1.
  4. Click Add, then Close.

Step 3: Verify

The sensor shows Initializing, then Online within a minute or two. Click it to see the live RTSP Stream.
