Turing Vision - Triton Cloud Integration

Step-by-Step Directions

Have these ready before you start:

• A Turing Vision account with access to Devices > Sensor and Settings > Camera Settings.
• A Triton Cloud account with access to the Integrations page at app.tritonsensors.com.
• Your Triton sensors installed and online in Triton Cloud.
• A list of which Turing camera covers each sensor's area. Each sensor links to one camera.

Step 1: Generate an API key in Turing

The API key lets Triton Cloud send alerts into your Turing account.

1. Log in to the Turing client site and go to Devices > Sensor.
2. Click + Sensor in the top right.
3. Select Triton sensor.

      4.   On the Add Triton sensor screen, click Generate API Key.

       5.   Click the copy icon next to the key and save it somewhere secure, then click Done.

Important: Turing shows the key only once. If you lose it, delete the Triton sensor entry in Turing, generate a new key, and paste the new key into Triton Cloud by hand.

Step 2: Add the API key in Triton Cloud

1. Log in to Triton Cloud and select Integrations in the left menu.
2. Open the Turing Vision integration.
3. Paste the key from Step 1 into the API Key field.

The page lists every Triton sensor on your account, with a Camera ID field beside each one. You fill those in next.

Step 3: Map each sensor to a Turing camera

Each Triton ULTRA sensor is linked to one Turing camera by that camera's serial number. Turing attaches the camera's video to the sensor's alerts.

1. In Turing, go to Settings > Camera Settings and open the camera that covers the sensor's area.
2. On the camera's Info tab, find the Serial field and copy the serial number.

      3.   Back in Triton Cloud, paste the serial number into the Camera ID field next to the matching sensor.

      4.   Repeat for each sensor you want to connect. Sensors left blank are not linked.

      5.   Click Save. A green "Integration configuration saved successfully" message appears in the bottom right.

Step 4: Register sensors with Turing Vision

Registering pushes your mapped sensors to Turing. Save your camera IDs first, or the new mappings will not be sent.

1. Click Register Sensors next to the API Key field.
2. Confirm that "Registered x sensor(s) with Turing Vision" appears in the bottom right, where x is the number of mapped sensors.

After the first registration, the button changes to Re-register Sensors. Use it any time you add a sensor, change a camera ID or replace the API key.

Step 5: Run a test and verify in Turing

A test alert confirms that events travel from Triton Cloud to Turing.

1. In Triton Cloud, click Run Test at the bottom of the Turing Vision panel.
2. Pick a Device and a Trigger (for example, AQI), then click Run Test.
3. Confirm the "Success! Event successfully triggered." message.

      4.   In Turing, go to Devices > Sensor. Each registered sensor appears under Triton sensors with a Connected status and its linked camera.

      5.   Click a sensor to open its event list. The test event appears there with its time.

Once the test event shows up, the integration is complete and alerts from your Triton ULTRA sensors are live in Turing.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
Lost or never copied the API key	In Turing, delete the Triton sensor entry, generate a new key, paste it into Triton Cloud, then click Save and Re-register Sensors.
A sensor is missing from Turing	Check that its Camera ID is filled in Triton Cloud, click Save, then Re-register Sensors.
Alerts show the wrong camera	Re-copy the serial from the correct camera's Info tab, update the Camera ID, then save and re-register.
Test event does not appear in Turing	Confirm the sensor shows Connected under Devices > Sensor in Turing and that the sensor is online in Triton Cloud.
